1.Double-wall fabric is becoming increasingly popular with applications such as inflatables, gym mats and more.
2.It's a coated nylon joined by thousands of vertical fibers that are uniform in size.
3.When welded into a desired shape and pressurized with air, it is transformed into a strong, hard surface.
Double-wall fabric benefits:
Double-wall fabrics can be used to manufacture inflatable products that are lightweight and easy to transport yet are rigid and structurally stable.
The breaking strength of equally long pile yarns can reach more than 1Mpa (10 atm, 145PSI), so it is very safe to use, and not worry about the fracture problem of pile yarns.
What is Drop Stitch?
It's a pretty amazing material we're using to build SUP Boards, our inflatable drift boats, and the Fishing Watercraft. Other uses for the technology have been floating docks, high-pressure rescue lifting bags and airplane wings!
This material lets us build inflatables with flat surfaces that can be inflated to rock-hard rigidity.
You get hard-shell performance along with the easy transportation and storage of an inflatable.
What makes this possible?
1.Tens of thousands of fine threads.
2.The process starts by joining two pieces of polyester woven support fabric with thousands of fine polyester thread lengths.
3.This base material is made in strips from five to ten feet in width, and up to 400 needle heads may be used in the setup.
4.Each needle sews a continuous, evenly spaced thread, back and forth between the two pieces of woven fabric, locking them together into an incredibly strong unit.
5.These drop-stitch sewing machines are marvels of complexity.
6.When a change is made in the spacing distance between the two pieces of woven fabric, it can take over 20 days to remove and replace the required needles.

1. Can you provide samples?
Yes, of course we we'd like to provide you samples to check and test.  

2. What is the samples cost and time? 
Sample cost usually is $ 3-5 usd; 1-3 days to prepare the samples. 

3.  About the samples, what is the cost and time of transportation?
The freight depends on the package weight, size and your exact address including the postal code. ( Sometimes it will generate the additional cost if your exact address is very remote.) Samples express time is about 1 weeks. 

4. What is the mass goods lead time? 
Usually it is a week. At peak production, it is about 2 weeks.  

5. How to control quality?
All the raw materials by IQC before lauching whole precoss. When the product is finished, the professional QC will carry out sampling inspection, and the goods can be shipped out of the warehouse after passing the test.
